Obituary for Amy (The Wenatchee World , Wenatchee, WA, 30 Apr 1969):
"Amy A. Woodward, 88, of 707 N. Piere, died suddenly Monday in Anton, MO., while on a visit. She was born in Ankota, MN, March 17, 1889 and when she was 18 years old, she moved with her parents to North Dakota. On November 24, 1909 she married William D. Woodward in Towner, ND. They lived in North Dakota fourteen years, later moving to Canada. In 1925 the moved to the Wenatchee valley. Survivors are her husband; five daughters, Mrs. Isabel Johnson and Mrs. Alice Easterly of Wenatchee, WA; Mrs. Virginia Wicklund, Yakima, WA; Miss Hazel Woodward, Washington DC; Mrs. Lois Gore of Virginia; and one son, Frank Woodward of South Tacoma, WA; one brother; four sisters; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Chapel of the Valley."
