"C. A. MOREHOUSE PASSED AWAY MONDAY.

C. A. Morehouse passed away in Stanley Monday morning, the cause of death being heart trouble. He had just returned to Stanley a few days ago from Wenatchee, Wash. where he has made his residence since he left here. The deceased was born in Wisconsin July 31, 1853 and was married in Minnesota to Amy Nickols, who died in 1926. They moved to Knife River Township where they resided for several years. The deceased is survived by 5 sons and 4 daughters, Bob of Black Duck, Minn; Perry of Grand Forks; Lester and Harry of Sanish; Mrs. Joe Miller, Mrs. Amy Woodward, Mrs. R. E. Bolen, all of Wenatchee, Wash.; and Mrs. Andrew Paul of Black Duck, Minn. The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon at the church near Van Hook."
